Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "Client," or "Enterprise User") and NettulzTech Corp ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), the operator of the NettulzAI platform available at https://nettulzai.com.

By creating an account, accessing, or using any part of the platform, you represent that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and all incorporated policies.

NettulzAI is an AI-powered mining intelligence platform providing research tools, predictive analytics, satellite monitoring, geological data analysis, and commodity market intelligence to mining corporations, exploration firms, commodity traders, geological researchers, and government agencies.

• •You must be at least 18 years old and have legal authority to bind your organization.
• •You must provide accurate, complete, and current registration information.
• •You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• •You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized account access.
• •One account per legal entity unless explicitly authorized by NettulzTech Corp.

• •Platform access requires a paid subscription (Starter, Professional, or Enterprise).
• •Fees are billed monthly or annually in advance and are non-refundable.
• •NettulzTech Corp reserves the right to modify pricing with 30 days notice.
• •Enterprise agreements are governed by separate Master Service Agreements.
• •Late payments may result in account suspension.

• •Misuse of platform intelligence, AI outputs, or predictive analytics.
• •Any illegal mining activities, sanctions violations, or regulatory breaches.
• •Environmental damage caused or contributed to by operational decisions informed by platform data.
• •Misrepresentation of AI outputs to investors, regulators, or third parties.
• •Violation of any applicable law in connection with platform use.
• •Claims by third parties arising from the Enterprise User's use of NettulzAI data.
• •Personal injury, property damage, or death resulting from mining operations.

• •Using the platform to facilitate or conceal illegal mining operations.
• •Circumventing international sanctions or export controls.
• •Reverse engineering, copying, or reselling platform algorithms or outputs.
• •Automated scraping or bulk data extraction without written authorization.
• •Uploading malicious code, malware, or disruptive content.

NettulzTech Corp reserves the right to terminate or suspend access immediately, without notice, for any violation of these Terms, illegal activity, or at our sole discretion. Upon termination, all licenses granted are revoked immediately.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which NettulzTech Corp is incorporated. Any disputes shall first be submitted to binding arbitration before seeking court remedies. Class action lawsuits are expressly waived.

NettulzTech Corp reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after modifications constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated via email 14 days in advance.
