Understanding how NettulzAI's artificial intelligence systems work and their limitations.

⚠ Important: ALL AI-generated outputs on this platform are probabilistic, predictive estimates. They are not guaranteed to be accurate, complete, or suitable for any specific purpose. Users must independently verify all AI results before making any decisions.

1. How Our AI Systems Work

•NettulzAI uses machine learning models trained on publicly available geological data, historical mining records, satellite imagery, and commodity market data.
•Predictions are generated using pattern recognition and statistical inference — they are not deterministic facts.
•AI models may contain biases inherited from training data, including geographic, temporal, and geological biases.
•AI outputs are regularly evaluated but cannot be guaranteed to be free of errors.

2. Critical AI Limitations

The following limitations apply to ALL AI outputs on NettulzAI:

•Mineral exploration predictions carry inherent geological uncertainty and may be incorrect.
•Commodity price forecasts are not investment advice and may not reflect actual market movements.
•Illegal mining detection algorithms may produce false positives or miss actual activity.
•Satellite analysis accuracy depends on image quality, cloud cover, and third-party data freshness.
•Geological models are interpretations of incomplete subsurface data.
•Production efficiency recommendations are based on statistical patterns and may not apply to specific operations.

3. Required User Actions

•Consult licensed geologists before making exploration or drilling decisions.
•Consult licensed financial advisors before making investment decisions.
•Consult licensed engineers before making operational or safety decisions.
•Obtain all required regulatory permits and approvals independently.
•Cross-reference AI outputs with primary data sources and expert professional judgment.

4. No Warranty of AI Accuracy

NettulzTech Corp expressly disclaims all warranties regarding the accuracy, reliability, completeness, or fitness for any particular purpose of any AI-generated output. The Company is not responsible for any losses, damages, or liabilities arising from reliance on AI outputs.

5. AI Model Updates

AI models are periodically updated, retrained, and improved. Past performance of AI predictions does not guarantee future accuracy. Model updates may change prediction outputs for the same inputs.

6. Confidence & Provenance Labeling

NettulzAI labels all intelligence outputs with a standardized confidence indicator so users can distinguish observed facts from AI analysis and forecasts:

•Verified — Directly supported by an authoritative or primary source.
•Sourced — Supported by a credible external source.
•AI-Analyzed — AI interpretation of sourced information.
•Model Forecast — AI/statistical/model-generated forecast. Not an observed fact.
•Unverified — Insufficient evidence. Treat with caution.

Forecasts are never represented as observed facts. Users should always check the confidence label before relying on any intelligence output.

B2B Proprietary Geodata Confidentiality Provision

All client-uploaded drilling logs, geological datasets, exploration vectors, and proprietary geodata submitted to the NettulzAI platform are strictly sandboxed within the client's isolated namespace. Confidential client geodata is expressly excluded from any public model retraining pipelines, cross-tenant aggregation, or shared intelligence datasets. No identifiable client geodata is used to retrain, fine-tune, or improve global AI models without the explicit written consent of the data owner. Anonymized, aggregated, non-identifiable statistics may be derived only where permitted under the client's subscription tier and Data Processing Agreement. This provision survives termination of the subscription agreement.
