⚠ Important: NettulzAI does NOT replace government regulation. The platform provides AI research support only. Mining companies remain fully responsible for obtaining all required licenses, permits, and regulatory approvals.

1. Platform Role vs. Regulatory Role

•NettulzAI is a private commercial AI intelligence platform, not a government agency.
•Platform outputs do not constitute official government data, regulatory guidance, or legal compliance determinations.
•AI analysis does not substitute for mandatory environmental impact assessments.
•Illegal mining detection alerts are informational only and do not constitute law enforcement action.

2. Required Regulatory Compliance (User Responsibility)

All mining operations MUST independently obtain:

•Valid mining licenses and concession agreements from relevant national authorities.
•Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) approvals from environmental regulators.
•Water use licenses and environmental management plans.
•Community consultation and Free, Prior, and Informed Consent (FPIC) where required.
•Explosives and hazardous materials permits.
•Labor, health, and safety compliance certifications.
•Export permits for extracted minerals as required by national and international law.
•Anti-money laundering and know-your-customer compliance for mineral trading.

3. Government Client Disclaimer

Government agencies using NettulzAI for mineral resource governance, illegal mining monitoring, or policy development acknowledge that platform intelligence is supplementary to, and does not replace, official government processes, independent verification, and professional regulatory assessment.

4. No Regulatory Endorsement

NettulzTech Corp does not represent or warrant that use of the platform ensures compliance with any national or international regulatory framework. Regulatory requirements vary by jurisdiction and change over time.

B2B Proprietary Geodata Confidentiality Provision

All client-uploaded drilling logs, geological datasets, exploration vectors, and proprietary geodata submitted to the NettulzAI platform are strictly sandboxed within the client's isolated namespace. Confidential client geodata is expressly excluded from any public model retraining pipelines, cross-tenant aggregation, or shared intelligence datasets. No identifiable client geodata is used to retrain, fine-tune, or improve global AI models without the explicit written consent of the data owner. Anonymized, aggregated, non-identifiable statistics may be derived only where permitted under the client's subscription tier and Data Processing Agreement. This provision survives termination of the subscription agreement.
