Intellectual Property Policy

Ownership of platform assets, algorithms, and user content.

1. NettulzTech Corp Intellectual Property

All of the following are exclusive intellectual property of NettulzTech Corp:

•All AI algorithms, machine learning models, and predictive systems.
•All software code, APIs, databases, and backend infrastructure.
•The NettulzAI platform user interface, design system, and visual assets.
•All analytical methodologies, scoring systems, and intelligence frameworks.
•The NettulzAI brand, logo, name, and associated trademarks.
•Platform-generated reports, analyses, and visualizations.
•Aggregated anonymized mining intelligence datasets.
•Training data, model weights, and AI architecture designs.

2. Prohibited Actions

⚠ Important: Any unauthorized use, copying, or distribution of NettulzTech Corp intellectual property will result in immediate account termination and may result in legal action.

•Copying, reproducing, or distributing platform algorithms or software.
•Reverse engineering, decompiling, or disassembling any platform component.
•Creating competing products based on NettulzAI's intellectual property.
•Reselling, sublicensing, or redistributing platform outputs commercially.
•Using NettulzAI branding without written authorization.
•Training competing AI models using data extracted from the platform.

3. Limited License to Users

Subject to your subscription, NettulzTech Corp grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use platform outputs for your internal business operations only. This license terminates immediately upon account termination.

4. User Content License

You retain ownership of all content and data you upload. You grant NettulzTech Corp a limited license to process this data solely to provide the services. See the Data Usage & Ownership Policy for details.

B2B Proprietary Geodata Confidentiality Provision

All client-uploaded drilling logs, geological datasets, exploration vectors, and proprietary geodata submitted to the NettulzAI platform are strictly sandboxed within the client's isolated namespace. Confidential client geodata is expressly excluded from any public model retraining pipelines, cross-tenant aggregation, or shared intelligence datasets. No identifiable client geodata is used to retrain, fine-tune, or improve global AI models without the explicit written consent of the data owner. Anonymized, aggregated, non-identifiable statistics may be derived only where permitted under the client's subscription tier and Data Processing Agreement. This provision survives termination of the subscription agreement.
