Satellite Data Usage Policy

Governing the use of satellite imagery and remote sensing data on NettulzAI.

1. Satellite Data Sources

  • •NettulzAI sources satellite imagery from third-party commercial satellite providers and public datasets.
  • •Data sources include commercial providers and publicly available government satellite archives.
  • •NettulzTech Corp does not operate its own satellite infrastructure.
  • •Data availability, resolution, and freshness depend on third-party provider capabilities.

2. Accuracy Limitations

⚠ Important: Satellite data accuracy may vary significantly based on: cloud cover and atmospheric conditions, image resolution and age, processing algorithms, geographic coverage gaps, and third-party provider quality controls. Satellite intelligence must NOT be used as the sole basis for operational decisions.

3. Illegal Mining Detection Disclaimer

  • •Automated illegal mining detection uses pattern recognition and may produce false positives.
  • •Detection alerts are informational research outputs, not official law enforcement determinations.
  • •Users must not take enforcement action based solely on platform alerts.
  • •Ground truthing and independent verification are required before any reporting to authorities.
  • •NettulzTech Corp is not liable for misidentification of legal mining operations.

4. Third-Party Data Liability

NettulzTech Corp is not liable for inaccuracies, delays, gaps, or errors in satellite data provided by third-party sources. Satellite data is provided on an as-is, as-available basis.

5. Restricted Uses of Satellite Data

  • •Satellite data may not be used for purposes that violate privacy laws of any jurisdiction.
  • •Satellite data may not be exported to sanctioned countries or entities.
  • •Satellite data may not be used for military surveillance or targeting.
  • •Resale of raw satellite data extracted from the platform is prohibited.

B2B Proprietary Geodata Confidentiality Provision

All client-uploaded drilling logs, geological datasets, exploration vectors, and proprietary geodata submitted to the NettulzAI platform are strictly sandboxed within the client's isolated namespace. Confidential client geodata is expressly excluded from any public model retraining pipelines, cross-tenant aggregation, or shared intelligence datasets. No identifiable client geodata is used to retrain, fine-tune, or improve global AI models without the explicit written consent of the data owner. Anonymized, aggregated, non-identifiable statistics may be derived only where permitted under the client's subscription tier and Data Processing Agreement. This provision survives termination of the subscription agreement.
